Berth location: 01° 17'.67 N, 103° 45'.67 E. October-November 2008
Full marina facilities, very helpful staff, good value restaurant, fine dining restaurant, excellent swimming pool, WiFi to the boat, laundry and a FUEL DOCK! The latter was very welcome after the complete lack of such facility in Indonesia.
Unfortunately the marina is severely affected by swell from the adjacent terminal from which boats servicing the ships at anchor operate, particularly during the day.
In 2008 customs and immigration clearance could be done at the marina but we understand this may be changing.
Berth location: 01° 20'.6 N, 103° 38'.1 E, 26-31 May 2010
Well sheltered marina in entrance to West Johor Strait, before the Tuas Bridge. CIQP clearance can be arranged at the marina for up to a 14-day stay (SGD 50 per person each way), saving a trip to the quarantine anchorage and downtown "one-stop shop".
Pontoons are somewhat run-down. Strange large 3-pin electrical socket; marina supplies plug against deposit and charge.
Excellent pool, showers and toilets, towels provided. Laundrette (takes tokens)
Bar, cafe and fine dining restaruant. Alcohol very expensive at SGD 7 for a small beer.
Fuel dock, not used by us.
Good, well stocked (by local standards) chandlery. Probably the best in town.
Free shuttle bus to Boon Lay MRT and Jurong Point shopping mall which has a large supermarket.
Friendly helpful staff.
Note: marina charges here are approximately 3 times those at Puteri Harbour Marina just up the strait in Malaysia.

One15 is a private, commercially owned "club" which has some berths available for short-term visitors. It is part of the large Sentosa Cove residential development on the eastern end of Sentosa Island
Pontoons are modern and well equipped, with power and water to each berth and security gates restricting access to the berths.
There is no on-site CIQP clearance available here, you have to clear in and out at the nearby Western Quarantine (Sisters) anchorage. However, the marina will do your port clearances for you for a charge - but it's no real hassle to do it yourself at the "One Stop Shop".
One 15 shoreside facilities include restaurant (excellent and mid-priced), pool, superb showers near pool, bars, gym, self-service laundry and a very small chandlery. Sentosa Cove has a coffeshop/restaurant, a sandwich bar, a 7/11 convenience store and a full service laundry.
There are shuttle buses run by both the marina and by Sentosa Cove, giving essentially a half-hourly service to Harbourfront/Vivocity - shopping complex, buses and MRT. The One15 service is free, Sentosa Cove charges SGD 2 on the return journey from Harbourfront - waived on presentation of the crew card the marina will give you. A buggy service operated on request around the marina.
There is a fuel dock. Fuel prices (SGD 1.50/l + 7% GSTon 15 Jan 2011) are over twice those at service stations in Malaysia and about 1.5 times marina prices, where available, in Malaysia. If you have outward port clearance and are leaving Singapore within 24 hours you can get fuel exempt from GST.
There are, however, a couple of niggles somewhat spoiling an otherwise excellent facility. Firstly, most visitors are accommodated on the outer berths. These can be a bit rolly, caused by wash from traffic passing along the busy channel outside the entrance and by marina users not obeying "no wake" rules. Nothing like as rolly as RSYC though. Secondly, visitors have to pay a Sentose access charge of SGD 5-7 if they return from town in a taxi. Permanent berth-holders and Sentosa Cove residents get a card waiving the charge. Visitors apparently used to be able to get a temporary card but this service has been discontinued.
